Students at Jenny Lynn have weekly library class at The Hoyt Library in Kingston.
Prior to the start of the school year, our families take their children to the library to sign up for a community library card. The children walk to the library every week to borrow books from their vast collection. In addition, the library provides weekly hands-on lessons to enhance student learning. The library has also assisted in hosting our school book fair.
Each March our students design and sell Read Across America shirts to benefit The Hoyt Library. We want our students to give back and support a wonderful organization.
The Hoyt Library has been an incredible community partnership. They provide our students with hands-on learning experiences and access to a wonderful library that offers knowledge at their fingertips.
